This is the basic plan where users can use the basic features such as sending info to SEF (manually or automatically), managing their reservations and interacting with service users.

Users have the same features as Lite users and can use SIGA's API and also download their reservation data via the existing APIs (VReasy, Bookerville, MyAllocator and Kigo).

Business

Users have access to all features. This includes the Pro features as well as access to the Invoicing module.

 

Usage of this platform is open to home owners or property managers for local lodging and their guests. SIGA interacts with SEF by sending the mandatory lodging information which is filled in by the guests or managers. Either of them are responsible for the correct validation of the data sent. SIGA validates common errors such as dates, emails and contacts. The owner or property manager (Owner) pays a monthly fee for usage license. This license includes:

For home owners that send more than 10 SEF reports per month per property, an additional 0.05 € is charged for each successfully sent report. Credits are purchased independently from the license mentioned above.

The need for additional credits is only applicable for those who send more than 10 reports per property, per month. This is typically required by hostels/hotels or properties with more than 10 reservations per month.

Legality

With SIGA, guests staying at a rental location fill in the necessary data required by Portuguese law so that the home owners are compliant with national security measures. SEF (Immigration and Borders Service) is the portuguese entity that manages the movement of citizens within portuguese territory. Home owners must inform these authorities about all guests that arrive in Portugal and that they lodge. This information is requested by the home owners to the guests by filling in the guest fields in your reservation within SIGA.

We interact automatically with the following sites: AirBNB, MisterBNB, HouseTrip, Roomarama, FlipKey, HomeAway, VRBO, Lodgify, Lodgix, 9flats, Vreasy, MyAllocator, Google, Avaibook, Booking, Bookerville, Kigo, Wimdu, Wix, Expedia, Beds24, CloudBeds, Tripadvisor, Tokeet, SuperControl.

SIGA also interacts with HomeIT, allowing automatic generation of keycodes for your property doors. This easens the burden of managing guest access to your properties.

You are accessing this site using a secure 256-bit digitally signed certificate, issued by COMODO. SIGA data handling is in compliance with the form 13.107.646, registered at CNPD (Centro Nacional de Protecção de Dados). Invoices are produced by internal code certified by AT certificate 2549.
